Cookies and similar technologies
This site does not set cookies and does not store information on your device for tracking or advertising. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party. Our security provider may set a strictly necessary technical cookie to protect the site from abuse. For that reason there is no cookie banner.
Who receives your data
- Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States) processes contact-form submissions on our behalf and forwards them to us by email. Data transfers to the United States rely on the safeguards Formspree describes, such as standard contractual clauses.
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site and provides cookieless analytics.
- Our email provider receives the messages we receive and the replies we send.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Links to KriekTrade
When you click a link to kriektrade.io you leave this site. KriekTrade’s own privacy notice and cookie settings apply there. Links carry tracking parameters in the address that describe which page the link was on.
How long we keep data
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to answer them and for up to 24 months after the last message, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Technical logs held by Cloudflare follow Cloudflare’s retention periods.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD, cnpd.pt), or to the authority in your own country.
